Body- Healthy bodies are important. Physicals are recommended for everyone and a referral can be made for those who are without regular physicians. The physical Body houses both mind and Spirit. It is important to exercise and eat right. Moderation in all things should be remembered. Learning to heal and remain healthy is important for Living.
Mind - Mental Health is important and so this is examined with the client during the individual and group sessions. If recommended then a Mental Health evaluation can be scheduled with Diane Hutcheson ARNP. If Medication is warranted she can prescribe this as well. Education about improving mental health is included in treatment.
Spirit- The 12 Steps are a basis for treatment but the client may choose to go to other Sober Support meetings. Spirit is as important to take care of as any other part. Meditation, relaxation and other techniques are taught as part of treatment.
